He is a Professional Coach, Trainer and Consultant who has more than 15 years experiences in Human Resources and People Development field in various multinational industries in Indonesia. His interest in digital transformation has led him to found Coachingyuk.com, the first online coaching platform that serve inclusivity for all people in Indonesia. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and the first Indonesian who earned Digital Coaching Certified from coachme, he is now focusing on how coaching could serve all people with seamless access. Description : The demand of coaching is become higher and higher. It is not coming only from executive in the organization nor leaders in their businesses, but also individuals who start to move on from this pandemic polemic. however, the access to Coaching is consider still low. the fact that I gained from my mini interview to some SMEs said that they need someone to coach them to run and grow their business but they don't know how to get it. if they know, they are hesitant to ask due to financial consideration. Should this be an obstacle to bring how coaching works to their future? or there is a way to bring coaching session to their life and show that coaching indeed works, with or without a coach? The answer is by using digital advantage. On this session, I would like to share the opportunity of how digital could reinvent the way we do coaching not just as a business but as a coachee-centric services. How we transform the way we do coaching beyond coach-coachee relationship within digital society. And how coaching methodology through its core competencies (presencing, evoke awareness, questioning, active listening, facilitating growth) could still takes role in provoking people minds and lead to a clear immediate action..
